Dehydrator | Onion Bread


INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs. Vidalia Onions
1 Cup ground flax
1 Cup ground sunflower seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
3 oz Tamari or Namu Shoyu
6 Tablespoons Agave

Mix all together spread on dehydrator sheets.  It should make 2 sheets.
Temperature 145 degrees 1 hour then reduce to 108 and cook til done.
